        The knowledge of hadith is one of the most important issues among Sunni scholars and priests. It is considered much significant how to use and how to consider this knowledge. Accordingly there have been different doctrines created around the hadith, such as “Quraniyoon” , “Ahl-e-hadith” , “Salafia” and also “hadith critics”. In the present paper it has been assayed to indicate some outstanding features and properties of the three mentioned schools and then the hadith critics doctrine has been studied focused on the Rational Fundamentals and Theories of “Muhammad Abouria” , one of the prominent scientists of this school. Some of his hadith basics include: No opposition to Quran, No agreement with sunnah, No agreement with whatever proven by the science and No opposition to the wisdom. Abouria commented on different issues related to the knowledge of hadith such as prohibition on writing and publication of hadith in the first couple of hegira centuries, multiplicity of forges and editions, emphasis on the content critique in order to distinguish right and wrong narrations, No regulation and legislation of the single narration over the beliefs. existence of quoting based on definition in the hadiths, difference between the manner of sermon and behavior and so on.         The problem of Takfir is more a theological issue than a juridical one, and it is faith-based, since many jurists and prolocutors maintain lack and rote between blasphemy and faith. In other words, if a human being does not have faith in God and monotheism, he/she is considered as Kafir; however, due to the outcomes and consequences issued in jurisprudence, it is been of interest to jurists. In the present study, the viewpoint of popular Islamic scholar regarding Takfir for Kiblah believers is reviewed and it is discussed whether or not this issue is legal and approved on Islamic leaders vision. A majority of prolocutors and jurists of Shia and Sunni consider Kiblah believers as Muslim, and consider property, life, and sanctity for them.         In the Muslim world, the unity between Shi'a and Sunni plays an essential role and it has particular importance. But without recognizing the factors of conflict between Shi'a and Sunni, cannot getting to a lasting unity. Therefore, it must scientifically recognize the ideological, historical and political origins of the differences between Shiite and Sunni. The main subject of this paper is to analyze and critique the differences between Shi'a and Sunni in the New Motazalian. The main question of this study is what is analyzed and criticize of differences between Shiite and Sunni in point of new Mu'tazilites? Regarding the researches have done that by new Motazalians about the differences between Shiite and Sunni, the purpose of this study is to understand and study the factors of difference between Shiite and Sunni in terms of these scholars, which we will finally criticize their ideas. The method of this research is Analytical-Descriptive. The present study aims at criticizing and analyzing the factors and roots of Shiite and Sunni differences from the new Motazalian perspective. The new view of the Mu'tazilites, like any other thinker, has the strengths and weaknesses. Therefore, we will criticize these views. In this research, we at first studied the division of Shi'a and Sunni differences and then studied new views of the Mu'atzelians about the roots of Shiite and Sunni differences, and then we discuss the factors of difference between Shi'a and Sunni, and then analyze the factors we will discuss them.         Rule requirements of certain jurisprudential rules, but the rules of society, the Shiite jurists, according to the narrative of the strongest evidence base is crucial requirement The proof of this principle in jurisprudence and Jzyan agree. The meaning of the rule of necessity, require the ingredients Imamiyyeh and Kfar rules and assignments that they believe it. This is the same meaning of the Hadith known as "Al-Zumoham Bama Al-Zammah". Therefore, from the perspective of Shiite jurists, rule that the legal requirements of a law allowing Shia and non-Shia lays in cases where there is disagreement between Shiite jurisprudence. Followers of Sunni Islam or followers of other religions are bound to their convictions, and thereby benefit though it is not accepted law on Shiite jurisprudence.         The purpose of this study is to investigate the levels of epistemological authority of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra. Hazrat Zahra (PBUH) due to her dignity of guardianship and infallibility, like a ladder that is connected to the Divine Throne, benehits the inhabitants of different degrees of existence from her epistemological clarity according to their rank and rank. N. This benefit starts from the epistemological level and continues to the highest level, in a way that the special divine guardians and the Imams of the Infallibles (AS) also benefit from her knowledge. The present study, with this hypothesis, explores and analyzes the different levels of the epistemological authority of Hazrat Siddique Tahereh and by relying on verses and hadiths and citing historical manuscripts as well as Sunni and Shiite interpretations and analyzes of Islamologists. Both Shiites and Sunnis are trying to answer this question "what are the levels and levels of the epistemological authority of Hazrat Fatemeh Zahra (PBUH) in the Islamic world and how is this epistemological authority analyzed at different levels?"
